Every plan runs for 12 months, paid monthly, with no build fee. Leave sooner and you just pay for your build (Starter £199, Pro £299, Showroom £499) or the months left, whichever is less. After 12 months it's month to month, with 30 days' notice. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. Third-party fees, such as Auto Trader, card payments or finance platforms, are billed to you directly by them.
Tell us about your business. We'll look at your current site, if you have one, and send you honest ideas to improve it. Free, either way.
Send us your logo, details and stock. We set everything up, add your cars and put them in the studio.
We go through it together on a video call and change anything you're not happy with.
We connect your domain and you start taking enquiries. Then we look after it, every month.
Anything else? Ask us.
Yes. Your domain, photos and data are yours. If you ever leave, we send you a full export of your cars, photos and enquiries within 14 days and help you move your domain.
Most dealers keep it. Your own website sits alongside it: buyers who find you on Auto Trader can see all your stock on your site and contact you directly, with no fee per car.
Not yet. Linking to Auto Trader needs their approval, and Auto Trader charges its own fee for it. Until then, adding a car takes a couple of minutes: type the reg and add your photos.
If you're authorised by the FCA for credit broking, yes: with your lender's figures and a full representative example, laid out the way the rules require. If you're not authorised, we leave finance off.
About a week from when we have your details, logo and stock.

Wheelbase Studio isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add to our prices.
Yes. The same packages work for any motor trade business, and online booking is available as an extra.
